I am an independent consultant, specialising in wealth management. Formerly with McKinsey & Company, I serve private banks, wealth managers and other financial institutions around the world, advising on their key strategic, organisational and operational issues.

As well as consulting, I do a fair bit of training work – including bespoke courses and one-on-one executive coaching.

My latest book – Global Private Banking and Wealth Management: The New Realities – has rapidly become the industry’s must-read ‘bible’. A Chinese edition, produced with The People's Bank of China, will be published soon.
